My Approaches to the class

 My goal is to make each participant feel free and joyful through different kinds of exercise. First of all, I introduce a series of exercises which help each individual to be aware of each part of the body and let go of shyness. Then we look at their daily situation and their reaction as well as their perspective. Through gentle and appropriate movements, the body starts to move lightly and easily. Also the mind starts to react differently and the participants will be able to communicate more easily to new people they meet. The newly gained body flexibility will releave the mind and the soul. Let's laugh together!
